We recently walked into the comfort inn & suites on Franklin drive in Washington Pennsylvania. It was not the hotel that we had booked our reservation for. Larissa, the desk clerk suggested that since we had parked and brought all our luggage in, to call the reservations number and have our reservation moved to their hotel, since they had a room. I couldn't get through to reservations in a timely fashion, so she use the hotel phone and put it on speaker so that we could try to get through quicker. After 10 minutes of waiting we decided that we would drive down the road to the hotel where our reservations were at. She gave us very thorough and accurate directions. She has a great personality and is in the perfect job to deal with the public. So many people would not be as conscientious or so willing to help. If you are in that area I highly recommend staying at their hotel. I contacted the hotel manager so that he would know what kind of great employee he had in Larissa. She is a real asset to the hotel!

I Timothy have stayed at the Quality inn in Shreveport an the lady Sharon Elie is very nice every time I go there she keeps a smile on her face I love when she’s working front desk cause she know her job as long as she’s there I’ll go there anyway keep up the good work

I made a reservation with another motel and found bad conditions at that facility. Left there and found Comfort Suites with a very nice facility. Though it was short notice at the time of the EAA convention Alyssa and Elizabeth has some days I needed. They worked with me and their manager to obtain the dates I didn’t have when a cancellation came in. Amazing customer service here!!!!! Many thanks Alyssa and Elizabeth for your help at Appleton WI.

We stayed at Comfort Inn & Suites in Greenville, Illinois on June 5, 2021. I was extremely impressed with the manager, Shean Fasih, who checked us in on the 5th and checked us out on the 6th. He was very efficient and polite. I could tell he really cares about this motel and its employees. Our society needs more hard-working, dedicated young people like Shean!

Me and my husband are at econo Lodge inn & suites in Sweetwater Texas we rented room 105 the manager was very professional very kind the room is clean beautiful smells great and I recommend highly to anyone who is on the road or just needs a room to rent excellent and we would most definitely come back

The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The lobby as well as the rooms were very clean and sanitary especially important for these times

Comfort Inn Moberly, MO. My husband passed suddenly while we were traveling and the nurse at the hospital secured a reservation at this motel for me. I can say that Stacie Hammontree the general manager did everything she could to make me as comfortable as possible during my stay and welcomed my family when they could join me.
