Excellent services by the hotel, especially Rina Devi who done fantastic room cleaning services on a daily basis and kept my room fresh and clean

We stayed at the Clarion in Nashua, NH. The room was good. The Breakfast was good the facility was clean. Anthony the front desk agent assisted in finding a hotel in Boston and he was able to get us a good rate. Doreen was also very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. She made sure that the dining area was properly cleaned.

One of the best experiences I’ve ever had! The front desk supervisor Christina was amazing! She was so sweet, and very willing to help. She went above all expectations and even helped my daughter make her waffle for breakfast. Highly recommend this experience to all my friends.

Greeted with a friendly smile and had a great check in. Our room was very clean and the bed very comfortable. The morning breakfast was decent and I don't say that often. I highly recommend and will choose this hotel in the future.

Dulce at Comfort Suites in Columbus, OH 1690 Clara St was extremely helpful in cancelling a reservation after Priceline repeatedly not helping me. Thank you Dulce!

I am writing this to let others know that the Econo Lodge in San Angelo is really under new management and under going remodeling yet a great place to stay. The staff currently is very positive and polite. The manager DJ is wonderful and accommodating. My room was clean, spacious and welcoming. I slept very well. The breakfast was a great way to start the day. They have different entree items you can choose from. I am sure when remodeling is completed the place is once again gonna be fabulous. Looking forward to staying again soon.

My husband and I are extended stay customers. We as many Americans are in a loop, and find ourselves still waiting on our taxes from last year. We are homeless. my husband has a good job in the steel business and I work remotely. Just so we clear up those judgments. After reading the other reviews I felt the burning desire to follow up with my own. Yes the building could be upgraded but how is that those that work here on them? Yes SOME of the staff are from all over the world and if you do not know their language then there will be a barrier, however this country was founded on just those people. A smile and your attitude is understood and IS universal. So be kind! This is Chicopee, a city so there will be humans up to what you consider no good, however focus on your journey and what they are doing will be of no consequence. Many events in the recent past have caused a ripple effect and this business as many other's are hurting for people to work, so at times the trash might get full. Personally I have watched staff here take all these things into account and have watched them try to correct each issue, as they are still doing... I had fresh towels, a full tummy as they serve brkfst, a good's night rest, hot shower and an ample amount of coffee, so I would say this trip was exactly what I paid for..... I am grateful for staff and management for making me FEEL welcome!

When we went to check into the Comfort Inn in Brunswick, Maine, we discovered that Trip Advisor had never submitted our reservation and that the hotel was full. Thankfully, we were able to verify that we had already paid for the room through Trip Advisor and the desk clerk gave us a room that had the hotel had set aside for such emergencies. The clerk was really kind and helpful and told us not to worry because she would fight with trip advisor on our behalf. She saved us from a totally ruined vacation that may have required us to sleep in our car for 2 nights. I'm sorry I forgot to get her name to include in this review.
