Our MC club booked several room at Cambria Hotel in Midtown Nashville. We planned an annual Motorcycle party in their ballroom had guests come from Florida Georgia Texas and Las Vegas. They have an unprofessional business manager named Courtney Hawkins that came and shut us down because she said she thought it would only be 150 people attending. She disregarded our contract threatening we were trespassing cussing at us snatched beers from our guests that purchased them at the bar extremely rude disrespectful and nasty attitude. Never ever spend a dime here again.

My boyfriend and I went to Louder Than Life in Louisville last week. We were booked at the Sleep Inn across the street from the venue, the reservation was made 10 months in advance. Fast forward to our layover about to get on the final plane to Kentucky (we’re from NY) and I call the hotel just to make sure everything’s good (the Choice Hotels reservation that was made WITH THE HOTEL was still showing confirmed and all set on the online portal) and voila, the phone number doesn’t work. I go to Google Maps and it suddenly says the Sleep Inn is “permanently closed” (I’d checked earlier in the week and that was not there). We called Choice Hotels, and after a long time getting past the AI, I talk to a person and give her the confirmation number. It was a pay-on-arrival reservation, and everything still said we were good to go. She says “for your 5 night stay?” and I say yes, assuming this means I’m all set. And then she says “hmm… let me put you on a quick hold.” And I’m on hold for 10 minutes. She comes back and says “I’m having trouble finding the reservation. Can I put you on another hold?” Even though she’d said “for your 5 night stay” earlier. I realize now that the hotel probably doesn’t exist anymore. The hotel on Google Maps that’s there is now a Hilton. And no one told us. I stay on hold for 10 more minutes and she never picks up again. So my boyfriend tries calling and gets on with a man and tells him the situation. The man asks who’s name it’s under and he gives my name. Then the man says he needs to talk to me only. So I take the phone. And the man asks me for my name AGAIN. I give it to him and he HANGS UP. So my boyfriend calls them again and can’t get on with anyone. So we’re both sitting there with our phones to our ears, now with nowhere to stay and a flight that leaves im an hour. The man finally gets back on with my boyfriend and tells him there’s no reservation. Even though it’s quite literally confirmed in my emails and showing as confirmed on the Choice Hotels online portal. And they gave us nothing but a “sorry!” after putting us on hold a million times and then confirming we had nowhere to go. He just says to the guy “so we’re just supposed to sleep on the street?” At this point I don’t even want to do business with them anymore. I just hung up on the woman who had me on hold for now 20 minutes and went to see if there was anywhere else we could go. All other hotels within an hour drive were fully booked except for ONE. I call the one hotel, she says we’re lucky, there’s one room left, and she puts in my payment info, I feel relief, then she puts me on a hold. Comes back and says someone actually booked the room WHILE SHE WAS PUTTING MY CARD INFO IN. So I had to scramble to find an AirBNB 6 hours before arrival. Luckily someone accepted my booking request before getting on the plane. Usually it takes someone a few hours to accept a booking request, so we got ridiculously lucky. It was a 1.5 hour walk away from the venue or a 7 minute drive for $1400. There were no beds, just cots on a raised mechanism on the floor. Luckily it had a bathroom with a shower. Mind you this is a festival with 200k+ people at it and it was 95 degrees every day we were there. Absolute hell paying $20 for an uber to the venue and $30 back every day, having to walk at least 20 minutes away from the venue to get a ride that wouldn’t cancel because everyone and their mother needed an uber (after already being on our feet at the festival for 10 hours). The worst part is, every night as we begun our walk to the Denny’s 20 minutes away to order our uber, we walked past the hotel we were supposed to be in (now a hilton that was probably charging people $3,000+ for a room that was supposed to be ours) and had to look at it before beginning the voyage with our swollen feet and exhausted bodies.

Wow this company has gone down hill. The claremont in there website offers a pool and there isnt one so false advertising. I went to book some rooms for them to tell me that a mistake is made and the room is an extra £400. £1600 for 2 rooms, seriously what a rip off. No wonder they have rooms still

I have been with choice privileges for over 7 years and I just recently started using it alot because our house caught on fire so we started off with four hotel rooms then changed to three hotel rooms for about a month now at the same choice hotel the hotel is giving me my points but choice was taking them back I have the proof and sent it in multiple of times no one still as of today 9/19/26 has called me back and I have called multiple times and I called about not receiving all my points and have proof of my stays no one still has emailed called or anything and when I call they tell me the same thing for over a month I put a ticket in to have a exclated and guess what I'm still waiting definitely not ever booking with any of their hotels again this does not make any sense then when you call the 1800 number they don't care they just say I'm sorry I understand and no they don't obviously

Door familie omstandigheden onze reis door USA moeten afbreken. Alle ketens waren zeer begripvol en ik heb van alle ketens (Booking, Expedia, Best Western) het geld retour gekregen. Maar NIET van Choice. ‘Sorry to hear that, but no refunds’. Dat was natuurlijk al een korte, zakelijke mail, maar om mijn creditcard dan nog een keer te belasten voor annuleringskosten vind ik ronduit schofterig. Ik ga er nooit meer bij boeken!

First of all I should have been tipped off by the no refund no cancelation policy. I got to my room it stunk bad. It was big so I tried to look on the upside of things. I opened my fridge it was it was luke warm while my freezer worked. I slept on a bed paper thin, so thin it caused my back and butt to bruise. I kept itching throughout the night, I went to buy new sheets and a plastic bed cover. Woke up in the morning threw off my sheets and found a bug in my bed. I tried to complain but they told me they couldn't switch my room. WORST STAY EVER!!! Woodbridge Suites in Bloomfield CO.

Horrible customer service! Stayed at a Choice Hotel in Brewerton, NY. Had to empty my own trash after being there four nights. No one ever came to clean the room or bring towels. Called Choice customer service to get a refund for a future reservation that I had made prior to this horrible experience at this hotel and all I got was a run around - disconnections, transfers, lies, and still no refund. Never stay at a Choice Hotel!

I booked a room at the Stratford Comfort Inn August 26. I also took the accelerator package for an additional $49.. On the way, travelling to the motel, my father-in-law passed away, and I was unable to show up. Given this was after 4 o’clock I was unable to cancel the room, even though I’m a diamond member and they charge me for the room which I fully agree with. My issue is they will not give me any points because I did not show up which is ridiculous. They did not have to clean the room. Make the beds give me a morning breakfast or anything and yet they still took my money saying there’s no way they can give me the points I require and or deserve. How do you feel about this?
