So far, Choice has been excellent. The interface is easy to understand. I ended up getting free bitcoin for depositing a minimal investment. I notified them when there was a depositing error and they responded immediately and remedied the situation within a couple of days. So far, everything about Choice is great. Looking forward to my future investing with Choice.

No android mobile app, the website isn't mobile friendly either. Would like to see data, news and updates regarding Cryptos that I hold and in general and not just an email that says BTC has changed price. I do love that I am able to contribute at my own pace to my account. Looking forward to development and a more robust application and website/dashboard experience.

More instruction on the forms to fill out would help. The time it took to get the account up and running was too long. I am in my sixties and fairly techy but directives on how to get the completed forms back to you would have been helpful. Since Amanda started helping me things have gone smoother. To be honest a few of the people I talked to and emailed gave me incorrect information which was frustrating. Thanks for letting me rant.

have been trying to open an account for my grandchildren for over a month. I have been getting repeated requests for info from variety of people and still am waiting for confirmation that i can invest rhe money sent.

I have tried twice to reach someone for two separate issues and it has been weeks long. A process that took weeks. Both times. Even though someone left a voicemail with a callback number if I “ever needed anything”. It’s not great customer service.

Investing with choice by Kingdom trust has been easy and a great experience. I especially like that they offer cryptocurrency as an option in there portfolio. Just follow the simple to read and understand directions when signing up. It was a easy as that for me. Thank you

Great project with an ambitious team with great communication and customer service. New, exciting features in the works for the next few quarters and as a forward-thinking investor, I can't wait to see them come to fruition!
