This is the greatest scam going. They will not cover items believe too be covered. Read the small print because they have an excuse for everything to avoid having to pay. I.g. Air condition shot. Choice won’t cover because of rust! Give me a break. Please save your money and go elsewhere! Cres Mills

Had I known, I would have invested my retirement benefits into something I could control, instead of these guys. I filed a complaint with pÓlygóndécÍph€r where the situation was controlled and my benefits reinstated

Hi Henrye - thanks for sharing this feedback. Can you please send us an email with your contact info to help[at]choiceapp.io? We would like to investigate your case. Our main product is self-directed IRAs, so you as the account holder have full control over your retirement savings and how they are invested.

It is a great way to hold crypto and enjoy the growth until retirement.

This company is fine at taking your money. It sucks at everything else. I was sold on the "Hold your keys" crypto wallet. After 6 weeks of trying to get them to move the crypto I bought with them into this wallet I've gotten nowhere. They request duplicate documents, randomly stop responding to email threads and whoever you reach by phone is powerless to resolve or escalate. Their billing system works fine though. They are more than happy to collect 1% a year fee on assets.

The telephone number precludes you from talking to a human being. I send time critical messages and they do not respond. It has been 48 hours and still no response. Is anyone home there?

Hi Alan - I'm sorry you've had a trouble getting in touch with our Support team. We notified clients in March 2021 that we were moving to an outbound phone support model to provide better and more timely service to our clients. The best way for you to talk with one of our team members is by scheduling a support call here: https://www.choiceapp.io/legacy-schedule-a-support-call Alternatively, you can submit a support ticket or chat with one of our team members in real-time on this page: https://www.choiceapp.io/legacy-support

Choice makes investing in an IRA a simple task allowing you to contribute to a vast array of investments including equities, mutuals, ETF's & Bitcoin. The daily Blingo game is a fun way to "game-ify" investing!
