I have been using chit chats for a couple years now, and have had no major issues, nice to have an affordable alternative to Canada Post. I ship hundreds of packages a month.

I like Chit Chats because of the savings and ease of use, that's why I gave a 5-star. However at 27 Coronet Dr. they changed the person in there and she never looks up at all to see who comes in. That's worrisome for a few reasons. 1. You feel not worthy to give them your business, no look up or nod of any kind, no acknowledgment, so you feel like you walked into a robotic place and not receive any respect for being a customer. 2. The not looking up also worries me because I can basically take anyone's items because I pour out my mailers from a bag, and I could easily take someone else's items without them noticing into my bag and obviously vice-versa, anyone can take my items. This is the biggest concern that no one is watching over our valuable items. As the owner that you are reading this should consider training your staff, in my opinion.

I've been dealing with Chit Chats for around 3 months to ship packages within Canada, to USA and abroad. So far I'm loving my experience. Shipping post US tariffs has been a nightmare with UPS. Canada Post offers cheaper tariffs/brokerage but they're so slow and customers get upset. ChitChats is cheaper than Canada Post, more reliable, and faster. I've only had an issue with one package and their customer service is very responsive. Only thing I don't like is that package drop off locations are not as close by compared to UPS and Canada Post, but I make it work because they save me so much money and provide a better service. I stopped dealing with Canada Post entirely because it doesn't make sense. Thank you Chit Chats for your services! You help me and my customers greatly.

I have been using Chit chats for my small business to both US and Canadian customers. I've got nothing but great things to say. Even when there was an issue with delivery I was able to email their 3rd party carrier and have them add specific instructions to retry the delivery the next day. I'm shocked at all the bad reviews. I'm in Toronto and I've been very happy. Just make sure you're not shipping to apartment buildings without a concierge because they won't leave it. Having a phone number on the label is also very helpful.

Terrible experience with Chit Chats. They may be the cheapest option, but the service is absolutely the worst. Customer service gave unreasonable conditions (like requiring a buzzer code), and threatened to return my shipment — something that has never been an issue with Canada Post or UPS. After paying for delivery, I still had to deliver the package myself. Completely unacceptable and defeats the purpose of using a shipping service. Avoid at all costs if you value your time and money.

I've been using Chit Chats for 2 months, sending around 500 parcels wordwide. Haven't had one single issue, the staff is great and prices are unbeatable. Can't complain ; ) Cheers Diego

Twice I’ve ordered items that shipped from Vancouver, BC (seller location) to Saskatoon, SK (my location) and both times the parcel was shipped from Vancouver to Mississauga, ON before going to Saskatoon. That’s a 6,000km detour that added 4 extra days to the original delivery date. Absolutely makes no sense and tells you all you need to know about how inefficient this carrier is. They also do not respond to customer service inquiries so would recommend avoiding this Clancy.
