USPS tracking said it was delivered but it wasn’t and so I reached out to Chiquel and they were so responsive and understanding about my panic and gave me step by step instructions on what they needed from me. My wig came a few days after they said it was delivered but Chiquel put me at ease when I thot it was lost.

Delivery seems pretty quick! Most importantly, I've most often been happy with my purchases. I did order "openbox" a couple of times and will not do that again. Both wigs were cut and poorly done, you need to do a better job of checking those returned items.

Chiquel has the best customer service I’ve experienced. Quick response and fast to help. I love Raquel Welch wigs and the ON MY WAY is a fantastic. Style and fit. I’ve bought three different colors in it. Please bring back the other colors that are out of stock!

I get so many compliments on this wig. It's been fun to play with slightly altering the style. Even though it's short, it's got some play space too.
