I really like the Verona wig purchase I made and I've received many compliments on it. It is not as 'full & fluffy' as in the photo but that has been styled. Right out of the box it hung very nice on me without any fixing. The style, the waves and the colours are all beautiful. With the help from customer service reps, re: colour, etc, I find ordering easy. And being new to wig wearing, it can be a daunting journey. What I also find extremely helpful is watching the video reviews by Amanda to help with my choices. With my recent rapid onset of alopecia and hair loss, I'm finding that choosing great quality wigs from Chiquel gives me more choices and options as I'm enjoying wearing different wigs. I am just waiting on a credit to be issued for a wig I unfortunately had to return as it was not suited to me, then I will be ordering another wig. And, I'm learning to take advantage if the frequent sales.

The product was as advertised. Even though there was a wait time for availability, that information was provided and updated. The only downside was the courier used - who indicated the package would be delivered 3 days in a row, requiring someone home for a signature.

The wig is absolutely gorgeous! Thank you for the informative videos as well. Will be recommending these and buying more! lol

Delivery was very prompt I appreciate the great customer service I have received since I started with Chiquel a year ago. I LOVE the color of my smooth waves wig❣️❣️

It isn’t the product I am reviewing but the response to my order. I shared my predicament with the Chiquel staff, basically that I accidentally destroyed a recent product and needed to replace it ASAP. Within a weeks time the replacement arrived. Kudos to all the staff involved.

Wintour was on back order, so I had to wait a while to get her, but she was worth the wait! She is my most favorite wig. So comfortable. I love Chiquel’s lives with Amanda. Stock photos don’t do the wigs justice. The YouTube videos are really helpful too. The sales can’t be beat either! I also love Chiquel’s Neighborhood on Facebook. The people are so friendly and I’ve learned a lot from them.

I’ve ordered several wigs from Chiquel. Every one was packaged perfectly & in perfect condition. Straight to Camera was a pre-order, & Chiquel offered me 2 alternatives if I preferred not to wait. The wait was expected to be ~3 months, but I decided to (try!) to be patient. 🙂 Good move, because Straight To Camera arrived in ~4 weeks & is a beautiful wig! I will continue to do business with Chiquel.
