I thought I did this already but here goes. Your site is easy, your products are beautiful. I love my Sensation wig. It was good to go right out of the box. You can honestly just shake and wear. I have ordered a few more.Can't wait to get them.

I recently got the Katie wig from the Riah collection at Chiquel and it is hands down the best wig I’ve ever owned. I wore it through a full 12-hour shift and it didn’t tangle once. That alone impressed me, but what really stood out was the comfort. The cap size fits me perfectly and it stays in place all day without slipping, even without using a wig grip. The lace blends beautifully with my skin tone and, for the first time ever, I didn’t have any itching or irritation. I almost forgot I was wearing a wig, which is exactly what you want when you’re working long hours. If you’re looking for a wig that is comfortable, natural looking, and truly holds up throughout the day, Katie from the Riah line at Chiquel is absolutely worth it. It did take a little while to arrive, but after wearing it I can honestly say the wait was completely worth it.

I loved my wig but the colour was too dark. I contacted your support online and Mandy gave me instructions on how to return it. I am getting a store credit and will reorder the same wig in a lighter color.
