I received the Alyssa wig, but unfortunately it was just not for me. I contacted Chiquel customer support and received information on returning the wig, which I did. The entire order and return process was very easy and I received credit for my return and ordered another wig. I am very happy with Chiquel's customer service.

Customer Service helped me changed the color i had originally ordered Katniss in to a different blonde that was a cooler tone! Thank goodness!
