Love your company and your wigs

The price on the wig, Unfiltered, was amazing! Cost was the biggest incentive to give this wig a try. The wig Unfiltered is a big of a challenge to tame, but I’m getting there with her. I was a bit disappointed with her color. I have this color in other wigs, and the face framing highlights is what makes this color so great! Unfortunately, Rachel Welsh manufactures dropped the ball on this one and did not really create those highlights that make this shade fantastic. But, that is not Chiquel’s fault. Chiquel also supplied speedy delivery! Chiquel is becoming one of my favorite places to shop!

Tab is a delightful light density pixie by Ellen Wille. She is made of regular synthetic fibres with a lace front, a monofilament crown and an open wefted back in the most fab colour Silver Mix 56/60. Other than a few shakes, Tab was ready right out of the box. I find Elle Wille’s petite/average sizing to be consistent with a comfortable secure fit. Thanks you Chiquel for the excellent customer service experience in delivering Tab to me so promptly.

This is my first time buying from Chiquel. I live in NW Ontario and had to rely on accurate website information for the purchase of my wig. My email and phone connection with Chiquel personnel was timely, professional and informative. The website ordering process was streamlined and the product delivery was ahead of the predicted delivery date. The selling point was that I would be able to return the wig for full refund if it wasn't a good fit or didn't meet my requirements.

I love your service and prices. Just disppointed the photo's of the wigs advertised don't look anything like what we order. I understand we are getting a very good deal on wigs but now I have to take them to a hair salon (that I don't go to anymore because of loss of hair) and I am paying 72.00 just to get the wigs styled. Which they are nervous to do.
