The wigs are not what the picture shows or what the girl displays on her head on YouTube. It took forever to finally get it only to have to send it back. It was made cheaply and as far as customer service they don't care about helping you get things resolved. I returned it 2 weeks ago and still nothing of my refund of 175.00 that they owe me. My next step is BBB and then I'll go from there. Don't order unless you like cheaply made items and are willing to fight for your money to be returned to you. Sad a company can treat a customer so poorly. I definitely will look up complaints on companies I order from this point on. Now to put complaint in to BBB....just beware of what you order and from who....always look up reviews and complaints. As for me I'll take all the steps I need to get my 175.00 dollars back. The wig was sent back as I was told in perfect condition never used because it looked hideous and I'm still waiting for answers.... this place is a total joke. They finally received my wig and now they don't tell you this so beware its a scam they won't give me my cash back to my account says it's a wig that was on sale so they can only give me a store credit. They don't tell you this when you buy it AT ALL.... They tell you you get your refund as long as the wig is returned in perfect condition which it was. I would definitely do your research before you buy from them. Sad they don't take care of there customers and would think I would want to buy anything else from them after this experience.. as for YOUR REPLY my issue isn't about me sending the wig back and having to supply you with that info which I do still have from the post office..... It's not my job to do the work for you. My issues with you is the fact you don't let people know before They buy something that's marked as on sale that they can't get there money back? I don't want a store credit to buy a poor quality wig. You don't state that on your page which I'm sure you will now. It states as long as the wig is in perfect condition you will refund the money and that you didn't. I don't want a credit to your store I want my 175.00 cash back.

Our priority is our customers and we do our very best to achieve a resolution to each and every situation that may arise. In this instance, we simply asked multiple times for tracking information on the return to which we were refused. We were unable to assist the customer as they were unwilling to come to an amicable solution with us.

Chiquel is a terrible merchant and I will be taking legal action against them. Frequently holds "sales" and then does not accept returns on items sold during the sale. Items are not marked as "final sale" or any other indication that the items purchased cannot be returned for a refund with the exception of a vague and misleading return policy stating that items purchased during a "promotion sale" cannot be returned. Additionally, Chiquel claims all items are "new and unused" which was not true based on the pieces that I received. There was no stuffing or other packing material included from the manufacturer (as seen in items received directly from said manufacturer) and the boxes were damaged. When speaking to customer service on the phone, the agent had the audacity to tell me that wigs that have been tried on are donated (?!?!) instead of resold. Edited to add post reponse: The "tag" that Chiquel refers to is a large piece of cardboard that is used to identify the wig model on the exterior of the box. The box is approx the size of a standard women's shoe box and the "tag" fits over the end with the info displayed for storage. This "tag" had a string attached to it that was looped around the wig. There was no warning or indication on the "tag", box, packing material or anything else shipped with the items instructing me that I couldn't "unloop" this string to try on the wig. I didn't purchase these pieces because I wanted to play around with new hair. I am sick and lost 50% of my hair and was trying to find something that looked natural and I only purchased because I saw that there was a return policy. Chiquel even lead me on thinking they would provide an "exception" but since I "unlooped" the string, they are using that as another excuse. I have already informed them that I am reaching out to a Consumer Protection lawyer.

Buyer purchased a wig and let us know that she removed the tags. We have but one simple request, if a wig doesn't meet your standards, simply return it in the same condition it was received. Once an item has had the tags removed it is considered used.

Would not recommend. Bought a wig to help feel better during cancer treatments. The wig WILL not stay in place and I can’t use products or anything as the little bio hair I have is fragile and can’t withstand clips, products, etc. won’t accept a return, which is totally fine. Won’t allow me to even donate to people looking within their Facebook community. So it’s a total loss of $300. Pretty crummy. ETA - just received an email from the company. They’ve offered to give a store credit, which I can’t use as their wigs don’t fit. Their biggest concern was me taking this review down. Asking me to return a wig for a store credit I can’t use, but they’ll be able to sell the wig again and hoping I’ll take down my poor experience. This has zero to do with customer care and worsened my experience so much more. They should have just allowed me to try to give this thing away to someone that could use it, but they won’t even allow that in their community pages. No customer care, whatsoever. I’ve never denied the store credit. I said it makes zero sense for customer care as the wigs don’t fit. So a store credit benefits the store and not me. I would never be able to use it. They offered a refund if I agreed to a call. After the experience I’ve had, I asked for all communication to be via email. They stopped responding. So. We are left at the exact spot I was to begin with. A wig that doesn’t fit. A store credit offer that serves me no purpose. The denied post on their community page offering it for free. Worst experience I’ve ever had with a company. Ever.

We reached out initally to allow a return for store credit as the item was purchased on a discount. The customer declined the store credit return. We absolutely accept returns and are willing to help as best we can. Our goal is to make each purchase as easy as possible, and we understand sometimes an item isn't the right fit. We do our best to accommodate each individual case.
