Website was easy to navigate. I also appreciate Amanda's helpful videos. I purchased economical wigs and some accessories with 30% off all. Packing wa s great. The.products excellent. The star taken off was for slower than expected shipping times. The orders took 9 business days to leave the warehouse. Oh, and a real person at customer service answered the phone promptly and was more than helpful. All in all a very positive experience.

I absolutely love these clips except that the plastic clip teeth break off rather quickly. I purposely keep them away from hair spray to avoid making them brittle but I generally have to replace them several times a year. Other than that I adore them. Thank you!

The delivery service was really good. This is my first wig. I love the wig but I find it shiny. I also have to find the confidence to wear it because it makes me look very different. It was supposed to come with a free gift which I did not receive. That being said, I really like the Chiquel website.

The service was good, no problems. I loved Gia except for the fact that she was very dense, way too much hair. If I am able to thin it without ruining it, I will love it. I wish the pictures were more accurate or the descriptions were more defined.
