The color is vibrant and fun and looks pretty good on. The bangs might need an adjustment as they are a bit long. It’s a very comfortable fit and a nice length.

I did a lot of research on finding the right wig. The videos and live videos really helped educate me about all of the differences between your products. In the end I went with the Own the Room luxury wig and love it so much, I am considering getting another in a slightly lighter colour. Service was great and my order arrived quickly.

Very communicative. My selection was backordered and Chiquel contacted me to give me options. I chose to wait for it. As soon as it was available, they sent it. Another time I had emailed them to ask a question and they replied in full and kindly. Not a robot/form reply. Keep up the good work! Thank you.

It’s great to know that products can be returned with no stocking fee. However, it would be great if form of payment could be refunded instead of company credit.

I’ve not yet been disappointed with Chiquel and their product. Their communication level is superior especially noted when I’ve occasionally returned a hairpiece for colour, never quality. I’m a big fan of this Canadian company!
