Customer service was very helpful…they did all they could to get the piece i ordered to me as fast as possible. unfortunately i was not able to wear it, as i felt it did not look natural enough, no matter how i styled it…far too much hair for someone who has always had fine, and now thinning hair. I feel most Wig companies need to provide better information…Better photos, perhaps 360’s, better descriptions, truer color samples, more accurate density info. etc etc to help their customers make a better selection. This should mean fewer returns, and happier customers. Seems the majority of complaints with Chiquel is their return policy. Some of these wigs are high priced, and become an expensive waste of time and money if they need to be returned or exchanged. I really hope Chiquel will look into improving this, as i do believe they care about their customers satisfaction and happiness, especially when providing a most essential service. I am giving a 4 star review because of the customer service representatives i dealt with…though the product was not for me, the service was great! And as we all know…great service is hard to find in our world today. Item purchased…Jon Renau ‘Ignite’ in Venice blond…quality seemed good, beautiful color, and the lace front was done fairly well.

I had a wonderful visit at the Chiquel location in Oakville, and Krista was absolutely lovely! I love my synthetic wig and just recently received my human hair topper, as it was on backorder. I do like it, but I remember it, or thought, the topper would have a little more hair, especially for the price of it. That is literally the only thing I would say I am not happy with and the only reason I am not giving 5 stars.

The hair is great! The color match what I selected and the clips hold well. The texture is also very nice! I'm not usualy one to complaine about a free suprise, but the brush is super stif plastic and is not nice to use. I also didn't try curling it since my hair is strait.

Great customer service. Great return policy when the colour isn’t quite what I wanted. Sometimes it takes a long time to receive product.

I have not worn her yet but I do love her style, length and volume! I’m hoping the synthetic fibers don’t Matt like the other HR does.

I know it was circumstances beyond Chiquel control that delayed my original order to the point I ended up choosing another model that was also pre-release, but with Belle Tress it seems to come with the territory. I'm very saddened by the mfg (my assumption) decision to discontinue so many models. I first tried BTress with Herrera V and immediately chose to stay with the brand. I can use a wet brush with abandon on these models and yet still have them looking great with 2 of them in a weekly rotation of daily use. Up do's, blow out looks, high pony's, french twists, with a pony, through a standard ball cap it just keeps going with lots of hard use. These models seem indestructible, but they are showing the wear with some stretched fibers and wearing lace. My only alteration was on scalloping the lace edge. I love my Miki V too, but keeping her in reserve for very special occasions, unless something even better comes along. I suspect soon enough the oldest of the Herrera's will wear out and will be looking for a style that is consistent. I have 7 more years in the workforce and prefer to keep things steady in a high pressure/stress environment. These styles exude professionalism and are an asset in health care executive board engagements. The 5th star would be with BTress giving better consistency in delivery.

The wig is great. Exactly what I was expecting. Would have been 5 stars but unfortunately the wig shine spray I ordered with the wig was missing. By the time it arrived and I let customer service know, it was sold out so they refunded me for it. Still disappointing not to get the spray.
