I had to return the first Blair that I ordered because the colour was not right. Chiquel said that they returned it to Jon Renau and they said it was fine:(. I reordered and the second Blair was the correct color-perfect. My disappointment was that I had to pay $24.00 shipping to return the first one and was not reimbursed because they said the color was correct…. Definitely not. I have ordered Blair many times and respectfully… I feel they made a mistake ☹️.

Toledo wig was a pre-order and my charge card was charged at time of order 12/15/25. Didn’t receive wig until 2/2/26. Seems you would charge my account the date and day it’s actually shipped out to my address. I like the “Toledo” so well I ordered a second one today which is a pre-order again and my account has been charged with an unknown date of delivery at this time. It is what it is, but still seems to me that my card should only be charged on the date you have the wig available to send out.

I love the wig! I was disappointed with your cancellation policy. For personal reasons I wanted to cancel this order. It was still at your facility and was being processed, so I believe that cancelling the process and stopping the order should be easy. However, I was told that this needed to be done within 24 hours and I was outside of that timeline, so the only option was returning it for a partial store credit. I think that policy is a bit extreme.

I do love the style and shape. My only frustration is color. It is hard to go off what is seen on a screen and even you tube. My hair was dark brown. I got what was dark brown on one wig and it was more medium brown, then with mirror moment spoke to one of the advisors who suggested double expresso, which is supposed to be dark brown/black and it’s more black. Purchasing the wigs is not cheap so this is frustrating and I have to buy one that fits more my color but I’m scared to.

I fid like the very long wait to receive the product. Once received the product it’s very nice I’m happy with it, it doesn’t have any hair clasp to hold wig to my hair or a head grip band.
