With today's advancement of technology. Why does everything take so long with this company. I ordered an item that took over two weeks to arrive. It came to me damaged, I couldn't believe it. I went to request an exchange and I have to wait for a response, RIDICULOUS, SLOW, SLOW, SLOW. I guess I learned my lesson

I received my first wig from Chequel from Costco Next. This complaint is about the wig, not the customer service or attempt to return. Very simply, it’s haircut is actually 2 different styles. One side looks like what I order, which included longer hair. The other side is a bob.with a longer back, not at all the same cut. I didn’t try to return it, past 45 days, I was buying a wig because I’m not well. So I didn’t take a real look at for too long. I would have tried emailing via costco or costconext but I spent about 20 minutes on those sites and couldn’t get it down. The purchase doesn’t even show up on Costco.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! THEY ARE VERY SLOW IN DELIVERING YOUR PRODUCT. IT WILL TAKE 3 WEEKS!! NO ONE answers the phone number on site. Horrible service.

I am so beyond frustrated. Apparently gift cards are randomly placed on your order by Shopify (the system Chiquel uses to complete a purchase) and if I don’t catch that, I am charged for those gift cards (in this case $100.) Now they are saying they are refunding me a partial amount for those gift cards, and I want the whole gift card total back. And I haven’t received anything in writing, telling me that I have a refund coming, and apparently they are too busy to send that out right now. Of course they are, they already have my order, so I’m not a priority. I won’t order from them again. I don’t go through this with other companies I’ve purchased from. Ugh!!

I ordered a wig based off the video I saw and when the wig came it was nothing like what was advertised. I returned the wig the next day in perfect condition and I have been given the run around about getting my money back. Quality of wig was poor! Service deplorable. Don’t order unless you want to throw your money away!
