The service and delivery of this wig were excellent, however, I have another wig on order and the customer service and communication has been extremely poor.

I received the wig the same day I left on my trip out of the country. Stopped at the post office to pick it up.

Chiquel.com site is easy to use and has a ton of information! Cool flow styler seems to work well (I have only used it once lol). Delivery was smooth and notification were sent out throughout the process. Thanks

I bought Daily and Joey from Chiquel and love them both. I purchased Farren and hate it but I bought it with a partial credit and was told I cannot return it. Is ther something you can do for me. I have never been able to wear it. It still has the tag attached.

All the “beach wave” disappeared first time I wore it and brushed out. Straight hair, no wave at all.

The wigs I have ordered have always been wonderful and the communication good. I do wish shipping was not so slow and that if something is on back order they would let you know sooner.
