I do love the wig but it takes a long time to get the wig. I live about 2 miles from the location it was mailed but since it was mailed USPS it took almost 2 weeks. I order from another company here in KCMO and it takes 1 day via UPS with free shipping. I would order more from Chiquel if it didn’t take so long to get my product.

I love this topper’s mono top which makes it look very natural and the larger size which makes it clip in more securely and adds volume (I don’t have any bald patches but my hair is just very fine and thin) .. but it is suppose to be 12 inches and is way longer than that. It measures 14-15 on the sides and in the back it measures 16 to 17 inches. I don’t like to have my toppers trimmed because they lose that natural fringed/feathered look on the ends . It’s too long to wear to work so I will keep it for special occasions. I wish I could find a large base topper in this style that is a true 12 inches in the back and face framing in the front . The product was fine and it was delivered quickly. I ordered two hairpieces to see which one would match and suit me the best and I want to return the other one for a refund but I'm told that I can only get a store credit. More than likely I will not buy another hairpiece for a couple of years, therefore I would like to get a refund.

The order was placed months ago - so the wait was unusually long. It did not arrive in time for our vacation ~ which is when I really make use of them. Also I have ordered the colour crème brûlée for years~ but it is a darker blend than it used to be and much darker than it presents in the picture on the website. It is a fantastic product for travellers !! I highly recommend the “scrunchies”.

While I love the wig it was too large for me. Not your problem however. The wigs I have ordered have routinely not been in stock with a delayed extended date in delivery . It would be helpful if you would be more specific on what colors are not available and also the delays a head of time due to a shortage of inventory. I know you give a warning however on your site when someone places an order there should be an indication then. It would save all of us the aggravation of having to wait and going back and forth with emails. Thank you .
