I had some service issues after the sale, but Cody Area manager, personaly called me and after discussing my issues, he apologized for it and he offeered me compensation for it which it was so helpful which covers all the issues which it was mostly appreciated.

I ordered a second wig (Ignite Petite) from Chiquel. The first one was amazing. I preordered a color that was backordered and given a 4 - 6 week window as to when it would be delivered. It took almost 8 weeks to be delivered. The day I received my Ignite, I went and ordered a second. Love the style, comfort and color. The second wig was in stock however, the wait time to receive my wig was 3 weeks. If you're not in a hurry, order from Chiquel. Their customer service is very responsive but the shipping takes a great deal of time.

Haven’t received my order yet, but customer service was great. I forgot to change my shipping address when I placed the order and emailed them to correct it. I received a prompt reply confirming that they will ship to my new address.

I wish you could see what the wig actually looked like on as they do with sunglasses now before you buy, cause it can really be a pain when you get it wrong. Chiquels return policy is helpful but still having to return wigs you need is time consuming..

I had never bought wigs before this one. I wanted a cool style with a platinum rooted shade to match my bio hair that I had died that color. I had to buzz my bio hair because of the damage caused by bleaching it too much. I decided that the hair color I chose would be easier to achieve and maintain with a wig! The wig was comfortable and the fibers look real and are easy to style. Surprisingly, its my still my husbands favorite to this day, even if I have bought several other styles!
