Woke up this morning excited to receive my first wig from Chiquel, and it did not disappoint. Can’t wait to buy another.

I was hesitant at first cause it’s difficult to buy without seeing but after my consultation with Erica I felt comfortable with the Chiquel team to buy my first wig and I love it!

I had an amazing experience and am very grateful for the excellent customer service and support I received when selecting and buying my toppers. The support team was always there to help with any question about products and shipping with quick and helpful replies. I needed to have the products shipped internationally via a specific courier and they were happy to help.. I am so thrilled with my purchases and experience with this company and cannot recommend them enough.

Chiquel has a great selection with high quality items and wonderful/prompt customer support! Staff is so knowledgeable and helpful and creates such and positive, encouraging and comfortable environment. Best company around to order any alternative hair from in my opinion!

My daughter has a real lack of hair problem and has had to overcome the discomfort of wearing wigs. Chiquel has been very beneficial in her journey the last few years. We have ordered a number of styles until she found a couple that she is very comfortable with and she is now becoming a bit more adventurous. Both her orders and my own experience in dealing with Chiquel has always been very positive. Their response time to any questions is always immediate and positive. No complaints at all.

They responded quickly and with courtesy to my concerns. The company demonstrated kindness and compassion to me during a difficult time. I do not tend to do many online reviews! How ever I am beyond impressed. Especially during such times in this world where it feels like no body looks out for anybody personally anymore, and so many businesses only care about the monetary aspect of the transaction.
