Love Chiquel, but the ship time is pretty long.

It's great to have a good Wig Company in Canada. It's located in the Toronto area which is not too far for me. I thought delivery would be quicker being at his only 4 hours away however it is still 10 days from shipment not sure what takes so long if they have stock so leads me to believe they don't have stock and they have to get stock first. However all that being said if you catch one of their sales it's worth the wait.

I knew what I wanted and just followed through with the steps. It all fell into place in a timely manner, so yes, a positive experience !

This is the second wig I ordered the first one I was completely happy with product and delivery, the second order I was happy with the product but it took a much longer time to get here, the first arrived by Purolator the 2nd Canada post, but I will probably order from Chiquel again

Because my order was being held hostage by Canada Post, my order was greatly delayed. Once I received it, I was surprised by how large the color collection was. Since I am in the process of going gray, it will be easier to figure out what colour match is needed, as there are so many different shades and blends to choose from.

Quick response from customer service when I informed them that my order had not been shipped out 10 work days after I had placed it.

Was able to go to Edmonton from Calgary and try the wigs on.i ordered the colour I wanted and it was shipped and received in a timely manner. I still have all my hair so it was a challenge (I am starting chemo in Feb and wanted to be ready. )it would have been nice in hind sight to have some education on how to wash , style and apply the wig myself as to where it sits in my head and how to move it around once it was on my head without doing damage.

The wig I bought, Leoni by Rene of Paris, is 5 stars worth of excellent! Love her! Chiquel’s prices are really competitive. Great store, great selection, great sales. I absolutely adore Amanda and have followed her and Chiquel for several years, while I ran my own small business, yes, a wig shop. What I didn’t love so much was the shipping time. A bit too too long in my honest opinion. There’s not much of an explanation for it in the shipping policy, it just says 4-7 business days to ship and it’s because they hand check each individual wig for QA, not sure if they do or don’t. But, I ordered on 12/26/24, the order didn’t officially ship until 1/4/25 and I didn’t receive it until 1/8/25. Will I shop with Chiquel again? Absolutely! They have great prices and Amanda!
