Meerdere haarwerken hier aangekocht. Ze zijn duidelijk in hoe lang het duurt voordat het verzonden word. Doen altijd een kwaliteit check voordat het naar je toekomt. Ik koop voornamelijk sale. Dit omdat het dan echt goedkoper is. Zelfs met verzenden en extra kosten. Klantenservice is goed te bereiken en ze lossen het graag met je op. Er was een pakket kwijtgeraakt niet hun schuld maar van de vervoerder. Maar ze hebben mijn geld terug gedaan en een korting voor de volgende aankoop. Kan niet anders zeggen dan top.

I was pleased that I could exchange what I had bought and I found out that I could name the price. The only thing I was disappointed in was that there was no refund. It had to be an exchange.

Good quality hairpieces. Have ordered more than 5 orders. Everything received and as shown on their website. They stock reputable brand merchandise. Customer service was responsive when I needed to return a product that I didn't like. This is a good merchant.

I have just ordered a second wig and waiting for its arrival. I have had a bad experience with a company I bought wigs for 30 years and paying US dollars and shipping costs. Then got ripped off from another company supposedly in Canada. I then ordered and received my first wig from Chiquel and was thrilled about the quality and now ordered a short wig that will be here by months end.
