There was an issue with one of the items I ordered. The team was very fast to respond and offered me solutions and were very flexible and willing to go above and beyond to solve the problem. I can't remember the last time I was treated this well by a company to solve a problem. I will definitely be a repeat customer and highly recommend Chiquel to anyone looking for good products and excellent service.

The staff is wonderful. They are interactive with the customer. You don’t have to feel like you’re ordering from some random site. They read and answer your emails. You feel like you’re being taken care of . As you should! Female hair loss is devastating. It’s embarrassing. I’m freaked out! I knew I was experiencing hair loss and eventually I’d run out of hair. That time has come. Knowing I have a team behind me, my fear is being replaced by confidence. I appreciate this company.
