The customer service and patients Chiquel provides is excellent, but the quality of their wigs is excellent.

I had ordered a wig from the Facebook sale. I was notified soon thereafter that during the quality check there was a problem and that wig was no longer available. They were quick to offer some suitable substitutes and I received the new wig choice quickly - it’s perfect!

Recently I had posted I had an issue with Chiquel because they had refused to give me a refund on a wig I did not receive. Much to my surprise a representative from their company reached out to me today to make things right. Most companies would not have gone to that extreme to make sure my issue was resolved. Therefore, I have the upmost respect for their customer service, and I will give them another chance. I plan on ordering another wig in a few days.

This is the first time I ordered from Chiquel. They did a fabulous job keeping me informed as to when I would receive my wig. I was looking for a wig I currently wear and from their website I found one that was very similar. I will definitely order from them again.
