Very nicely packaged, arrived in good time, and love the style and colour.

The company itself does a very good job, the turn around time and customer experience is very good. I am noticing prices creeping up, but the one thing that is new in my last pieces that are hand tied, is the lace front being used is very harsh, to the point where it has small scratches around my forehead and by my ears. I would also only ever by on sale, since regular price is no different than going to a hair prosthesis store and getting full service, which includes trying on, and cutting and shaping appropriately to your face. Don’t be fooled by videos that wigs just naturally fit on your head to perfection and need no cutting and shaping. Overall if you know what your doing it’s a good service

This was my first experience with a hair topper and I was happy with the product. I loved the look and was glad I did not need to use hair fibers anymore. Everyone asked if I had a new haircut instead of noting the addition of a hair topper which was what I hoped. My only hesitation is with pictures since it reflects the light more than my natural hair. I look natural all over until picture time but, I'm probably the only one who notices.

The wig is fabulous -- gorgeous, soft hair, well-made, endless styling possibilities including concealing lymphomas on face (my goal) a la Veronica Lake. Only negative was having to go to Canada Post to pick it up -- didn't know in advance but worth the trip. Age 82, never had such a beautiful head of hair in my life despite being nearly bald from chemo. Had been researching for months knowing I'd need a wig and lucked into a sale. Wasn't sure about iced sweet cream, but it is amazing. Just not sure how to keep it from sliding up at the back plus heat retention on my chemo scalp but can work on those.

The wig is a beauty the only thing is the bangs are too long and keep falling on my eyes.

Nice color & style

I have ordered a total of 6 wigs so far and this one seems to be my least favorite. The quality of the wig is good and there’s nothing wrong with it. It’s just my personal opinion. I find this wig to be kind of wiggy and way too much hair for my liking. It’s not heat friendly so I personally feel like it’s harder to fix it compared to the heat friendly fibers.

Gave a 4 because wigs take longer to receive from this company that anywhere else I order from. Packaged well and beautiful wig, as expected!
