Je dois dire que le sevice à la clientèle est excellent. Posez une question, une spécialiste vous répondra rapidement. Le produit Ellen Wille est d'excellente qualité. J'ai retiré une étoile parce que j'ai acheté une pièce qui s'est avérée trop foncée. J'aurais voulu l'échanger contre la même pièce de couleur plus claire mais cette option n'est pas offerte. Je recevrai une note de crédit. La pièce était en promotion alors je ne pourrais pas profiter de la réduction puisque la promotion est terminée.

I truly enjoy my wig and I receive many compliments when I wear it. I'm not sure why, but after a couple of hours wearing it, the wig starts to slip and become very loose. Then I need to go to a ladies restroom, remove it and set it properly on my head again. Is there anything else that I can wear instead of the velvet band? The last time I wore it, Mothers day, we went out for dinner,and I had to excuse myself to fix it again.

This was my first Chiquel purchase and I loved the topper Making Waves, but the color was not right for me so had to return it. Figured the return would be a drawn out hassle, but I promptly received a full store credit for my purchase. But, not really loving their policy about no refunds. And, the item I will buy with the credit is a final sale. So, if color is important to the buyer, that's a pretty restrictive policy.

Love the soft hair of belle tress and Granada’s waves are perfect. I ordered milkshake blonde rooted she seemed to have a hint of pink to her though which I didn’t expect. She definitely is a keeper though

I ordered a BT wig and wig grip and was very excited to get both. This is my second wig purchase and I really appreciate all of the live videos and tutorials. The wig arrived however the wig grip was missing. I reported it and was refunded (thank you) however it now means that I will not be ordering JUST a wig grip and will live without. Was looking forward to seeing how it worked for me.
