Chiquel customer service was very helpful when the band was shipped to our old address. They sent me a new one immediately.

The wigs that I wanted were back ordered. I spoke to a woman in the office and she encouraged me to pay for the wigs and as soon as the wigs came in, I would be one of the first to receive them. That’s exactly what happened. She was so kind and helpful. I am happy to recommend this company.

My product was delivered sooner than expected. Chiquel’s prices are very reasonable. The wig is very cute, just not sure it’s the right color for me. But that’s just a preference issue. The site is great!

The service i have received so far has been great.. my first purchase looked awful on me.. BUT. They were great. I sent it back.. got a refund... and got another wig!

I knew the wig and that I would be happy with my choice, so I was very satisfied. I would think that for less experienced wig wearers, the return policy is very restrictive. A person can only make one return and the initial money is never returned to the buyer even if the item is not available. Wigs.com has a much better return policy.

I wanted to change the color after I placed order and Cust Serv responded quickly with the change!! I'm so glad I changed the color - I LOVE IT!! Shipping of the product was fairly quick too considering how popular this style is right now. Smooth Waves is now my favorite regular wig and I have a bunch! THANK YOU CHIQUEL!!!!
