this is a lovely wig, unfortunately it does not suit me at all and the part is fixed. If you are looking for a pretty wig and have a high forehead, this is for you. Delivery was timely as always

Was packed in just a soft envelope, so the Noriko box was crushed……I was a little disappointed. These wig boxes are usually not strong enough to send in mail. They should be placed in stronger boxes for shipping.

I like Chiquel. They communicate well and promptly if there is an issue. It's obvious they make an effort to provide great customer service.

I give a 4 instead of 5 as I feel paying an "expedited" fee should provide a faster delivery method than 4 business days, or using USPS (allow choice for faster such as FedEx). Also, I appreciate the fact that handling time is for quality control, but again, I feel a second additional 4 business days to process order after paying the fee is barely "expedited." That being said, the product quality and overall enthusiasm of the company is outstanding. The website is attractive and easy to use. "Simmer" is as lovely as I hoped. I'm currently waiting on wig orders 3-5 in one month, so that should show my level of confidence in their product! I will be a very "repeat" customer!

This wig is not wearable right out of the box, like the first one I bought. It is a more expensive hand tied, lace front wig, but it is very flat at the crown. Not sure If I need to wash it, or just try to use heat tools on it?

Finally found a wig for my mom. Perfect color, cut. I wish the return policy was a little more clear. I bought a few wigs not sure of the color. Instead of a refund, I had to take gift card instead. I'll buy again. I just wish the wigs ( I guess they were on sale?) Would shoe you can't get a refund in them specifically, before you buy. All in all the wig is perfect.

The ordering process is very easy and delivery smooth. The product received I really liked from the minute I opened the box.
