The experience was a smooth one. The delivery was prompt.

Not having to pay to ship an item that needs to be exchanged when I've already paid for shipping the original item. I say this only because the cost of the wigs is so expensive already you'd think Chiquel would find a way to get better shipping rates like other companies do and/or share why they can't and why it does cost so much and the burden is on the buyer. If I've missed it then ensuring it's bold and front so that it can't be missed. However, my new Selfie Mode wig is amazing, I have not yet had it cut around the face yet by my stylist but will soon be doing that. I love the medium/long hair styles but would like to see more layered looks as choices since many of the styles I like do not have face framing cuts and therefore would require professional service to have done.

I bought it for my daughter with cancer, she has several,this is her favorite and least expensive!it looks real!

Chiquel customer service is very patient and answers questions promptly. I hate that I can't get a refund, but they do gift a credit- but only once. I tend to order and return to order again. Mostly, I try to ask if my item is in stock because I hate waiting. I also ask which country it will ship from. I will buy again with all this in mind.

The service and the delivery time were spot on.

I love the style and color of my wig! However, the time to arrive was very long. Also, it seems like after about 5 or 6 wears, the ends are just so stiff - and this is despite using steam on the ends and combing the wig often during the day and combed well each evening. I sure wish the fibers lasted longer because I absolutely love the color and style.

Loves the quality of the wig! I have worn it on a couple of occasions and everyone loved it and could tell I was wearing a wig! Only problem i had was the condition of the package upon arrival. The package was marked as fragile but in transport it had become smashed. The box was totally destroyed. Fortunately the wig was intact.

I LOVE this wig, I couldn’t really get it to look great on me so I added curl and WOW, it’s stunning. My only complaint is the slow process of getting your order from day of placing order to delivery. As well as using USPS, they are terrible in my area not to mention slow (the typical snail mail) but I won’t get into the specifics of what they do delivering to my area which is ridiculous. I just wish chiquel used UPS or fed ex, far more reliable. I’d be more than happy to pay for shipping or something if you’d upgrade your shipping or give us options. Otherwise the wig mirror moment is beautiful, it’s a very underrated style by Gabor. I got it in 9/24 color and the color is perfect for me as a brunette with not too much blonde in it but does have blonde and dimension. Fits great for me as an average size.
