Service delivery time is great. Color on the computer is not even close.

I received my wig today from Chiquel in a damaged box. The wig was not packed inside as a new wigs do and a hair net that is placed to protect the fibre was off the wig. Very disappointed

Improve shipping time. Was told 4-7 days for shipping to Ohio and it was 11 days. Wig looks good although it has the wrong tag on it and the black netting was not secure around the whole wig but bundled at the bottom. Makes me have concerns this hasn’t been worn before.

I purchased a wig from them and it was the wrong color. I didn’t realize that I would only get a store credit. I’m going through chemo so I decided to buy an human hair (expensive- even with their sale) wig as way to make me feel and look better unfortunately, the purchase did not achieve either of these. Returned the first wig because the color was wrong I got a store credit I thought I was able to get a full refund but unfortunately no. So I had to buy a topper and a Raquel Welch wig to reach the credit I’m even more disappointed with what I received and now I can’t even exchange it. I’m out a lot of money and so very disappointed.
