Quick delivery . Package is perfect Wig do not reflect correctly the picture on website

Excellent experience. My only complaint is that when I called customer service the representative was not very personable, and came off as cold and annoyed I had called.

Love the variety of wigs and the great sales. It does take a few weeks to receive your order but customer service is quick to reply. Have not utilized the consult service but plan to in near future. Nice to know other ladies are facing hair loss as am I.

Before l found Chiquel, l ordered from 2 other companies that serviced Canada. They were slow on deliveries and the sales were few and not impressive. Chiquel's service is amazing. I've ordered quite a few times now and received my hair mail very fast, even over the holidays. I also love the make me an offer feature, l used this recently when they didn't really have much of a sale and my offer was accepted and l received my Brooklyn by Rene of Paris, which l love, in a week's time. So happy with the service!

I only order from Chiquel.It is a very reputable company and if not completly satisfied they give you a lot of opinions I'd you decide not to keep the item.
