Excellent customer service. Can take a few days for them to let you know that a wig is out of stock, but I think if you call (rather than ordering online) they can tell you on the spot. Each time an item has been backordered for a long time, Chiquel offers me a gift card to put toward my next purchase. If I ever want to cancel or change an order it's quick and painless. Highly recommend this company.

This company is so transparent and easy to work with, the returns are easy for store credit or full refund. I love how Amanda shows all different wigs. It makes it easier to shop for wigs. Communication is spot on. Love the live shopping events and live shows where you can ask questions.
