I truly appreciate your customer service — the care and attentiveness come through clearly in your emails. I’ve been working with Terra since early April, and she has been consistently responsive and compassionate in addressing my concerns. It’s rare these days to encounter such genuine customer service. This kind of kindness can’t be taught; it comes from within. Terra is a truly caring and wonderful person.

I ordered two wigs. One shipped out right away, and one had a little delay. They updated me right away and stayed in contact the whole time. Great customer service!

I just received my new wig and it is beautiful. It came in a good amount of time considering it was backordered. It came completely new in the box and I was given shipping information along the way so I could be here when it arrived. Service was phenomenal. I’m so happy with my new wig.

I had been dealing with another Ontario company, but much prefer what you have to offer. I love this last one I ordered, thinking of changing my hair Color so may order yet again in grey. 👍
