I ordered 4 Raquel Welch wigs without having the color rings to make a selection. One was not a desired color and needed to be returned for credit. Chiquel responded in a timely manner to my request for return. I had tracking on the USPS order. Reached out again to confirm receipt. They processed the credit quickly. I now have the color rings & made another purchase selection using the credit. Great communication! I’ve since ordered another brand & style knowing if it isn’t suitable the company will stand behind the product.

Love Austen! The cap is so comfortable and light weight and fits my petite head perfectly. The fibers are soft and very easy to manipulate.

I misspoke when I said I didn’t like it. I liked it fine. It was the one I received after that where I hated the color

Loved the look and color. I did have to layer it in the front some (but I feel like they know this and that's why there's so much extra hair for you to make it your own.) My favorite part is I know there aren't any clips peeking underneath my hair (from traditional clip-in extensions) because this is on top of my bio hair. My hair is thin and fine but it goes perfectly with this topper. I LOVE THE COLOR (butterbeer blonde R) it has so many different colors of blonde mixed with a slightly darker root and it blends so well with a lot of different shades of blonde.
