This was the first time I ordered from the Chiquel website. I normally order from another website. The price was excellent, it was in good shape etc. No need to return. The shipping process wasn’t the best my arrival date kept changing. I will plan ahead next time. I recommend this website.

It took a little while to get to me - which is the 4 star. However the wig has a great fit and is comfortable and easy to wear. I think it will stand up a little longer that some of the longer wigs.

The color was difficult to select from small picture on website. Maybe offer larger pictures. I was pleasantly pleased when I opened the box and found the highlights are flattering.

I love this wig and have purchased it a couple other times, however, I decided to go with a different color and was very disappointed, not like the picture at all . It had way too much blonde in it. Won't choose that again. However, I ordered one that is heat friendly and dark brown. I hope I love it

Wig looks amazing and color great but is very itchy at permatease and lace front. I ordered a gripper and was sent the silicon one instead of the velour one. It pulls my hair thin and is itchy. I won’t wear it and it cost $23! I ordered a wide tooth comb and it snapped and broke today.

The wig is lovely and fits well.

I like the appearance of your website. Your selection of wigs is probably one of the best. The wig I bought looks like it did on the website, color was good.
