Placing the order was easy, it's really awesome that import taxes and duties are paid in advance so I get no surprises, payment with Ideal is also awesome, received a perfect wig so I have nothing to complain! But... It takes over a week to send the order, that's longer than I'm used to and I'm just a very impatient human being. It has to be shipped to Europe and waiting for almost 2 weeks for something you look really forward to, is a bit hard 😅
