I purchased a wig I regularly wear so I knew the color, size, and style I needed. I saved approximately $100 by ordering from Chiquel when they were having a sale. My wig arrived fairly soon after ordering. The packaging was perfect.

Mellow arrived quickly (within~ 2 weeks), and for fake hair I find her to be the best wig I've found.

Easy site to navigate always great deals and the wigs are always in great condition.

The wig is at my nieces address so I haven’t seen it jet ( I am in Europe). I’v bought one before this one, so am very satisfied with quolity and your service.

My cancer and hair loss journey has been difficult. I stumbled upon Chiquel online when looking for alternative hair and have ordered 4 wigs since. I give your customer service an A plus. Delivery service an A because it is so quick and I love the way the wigs are packaged. However, I was not totally impressed with one of my deliveries from Canada Post. I was waiting for my delivery and Canada Post arrived and by the time I got to the door they had left a note saying they were here but we weren’t. I had to pick my wig up next day at the post office. It was one negative delivery experience but frustrating at the time. I stumbled across Chiquel online during my search for a wig and so happy I did. When I first started going to the Cancer Centre I was given information on where to buy alternative hair and your company was not listed. Chiquel would do well to be listed on these brochures at all the Cancer Clinics all across Canada. You have an amazing customer service and information for people like me. I have shown other women your website while sitting in the waiting room and all have been receptive to check you out further. Why shouldn’t you be the top supplier on the list for cancer patients at all the clinics. Just a thought. My friend and I look forward to Amanda on Tuesdays. She is amazing and has made my journey feel less intimidating and frustrating. I love her reviews and have learned so much from her. Thank you for Chiquel Neighbourhood. Cancer has been a very scary journey and your company with all its different outlets and information has made my journey a little easier to cope with. I am so happy I stumbled upon you online.
