It wasn't the one i thought I ordered but love it!

This was my third purchase from Chiquel. This time, I purchased the same wig as my last order. I ordered it for my best friend, who saw me in the wig and fell in love with it! So I ordered one for her so she could get a discount with the gift card I received with my previous order. Those gift cards are one thing that makes Chiquel so great! They also have a wonderful YouTube channel that has helped me so much!

I’m really happy with my purchases! I’m a bit sad that the Sienna Spice color is being discontinued, but I still managed to order three wigs in this shade. Apparently, the strikes caused a slight delay in the order (there hasn't been much information about it here in Finland), but I received quick answers to my questions and the order arrived successfully. I love Haven. It’s my favorite style so far. The hair is soft and looks realistic. The color is gorgeous. I ordered a 4/6. I am still working on making the mesh at the part look more realistic. But I love her and am very pleased! My order came quickly and am very happy ordering from Chiquel.

It was a nice easy website that was really informative. I had a couple of queries and they answered them promptly. The only down side to my order was the condition of the box when it arrived to me. Because I live in the UK by the time my item arrived to me the box was in a terrible state. Im lucky as the beckham wig I ordered was perfect for me but I've noticed a few wigs on Ebay that have been bought from you had all the same problems with the boxes being crushed. My wig was fine so it doesn't affect me but if I didn't like the style or wanted to resell at a later date the damage to the box makes a huge difference on a sales perspective. I will definitely use you again but I do hope you give my comment some thought as the box was very crushed when I received it.
