The order process was confusing so I received wigs in the wrong colour. (The colours I accidentally order without realising.) But the wigs look good.

Chiquel is going well. The only concern I have is UPS. I have 2 orders but I had to pick up at the UPS store because the delivery driver did not ring the bell of my house but just left a note and asked me to pick up at the store. I've already filed a complain to UPS but I just want to let you know about the service as well.

Loved the wig. Wig box should be shipped in a sturdy box. It was placed in a plastic mailing bag and box was crushed. Other than that no other issues.

easy to buy from, pretty good selection, they really need to add an online part where you can download your imagine and try on what they have. Buying on a guess is not the best way to purchase a wig.

The service was 5 stars but the color i chose on the net chart look nothing what i receiving in real but i just change my hair color
