I love the quality of all the products I purchased. The Jon Renau Canvas Block Heads, in particular, are sturdy and beautiful and make wig maintenance a dream. The communication and follow up provided by Chiquel was outstanding. My original order was on July 29, 2025 and included 2 of the Envy, Miley wigs in Sparkling Champagne. Chiquel immediately advised that this item was not in stock but would be arriving soon. Chiquel also asked whether I would like a replacement colour instead. I indicated I would wait. I received the wigs on Aug 07, 2025. I also ordered 3 of the GripSecure bands in blonde. They did not arrive with my order. As soon as I advised Chiquel of this, the bands were immediately sent to me. I will definitely be purchasing from this company again.
