So thankful to Chiquel customer service. I ordered and didn't realize the processing time was a few days and had chosen standard shipment. I was looking to have it for an event so emailed them to upgrade to express. Not only did help me to upgrade it, they were able to expediate the process so it shipped very soon and I got it with lots of time. I'm very new to wigs and the pre-cut lace and ear tabs was very helpful in making it easy to install and look natural. I'm not used to wearing wigs so at first i was surprised by the volume the first time i tried it on, but after styling and putting on a second time, it really looks amazing. I got the ash brown colour and its beautiful and really close to my natural colour. Highly recommend!

This is my first wig to buy that I’m not returning because I Love it. I got the blockhead to use to put the wig on for styling but I haven’t got around to doing that yet. I will need to trim the bangs a little. I already have my next wig picked out. Who said we only need one? My daughter and granddaughter both love it and they think we should all have matching wigs. I’m the only one with hair loss but Wigs are fun! Shipping was fast. The Raquel Welch Classic cut is a great wig. It looks very real!
