Love both wigs. The fit is excellent but colors have been different than depicted.

For the most part I love it, however, it is kind of wild for a 63 year old. I was surprised to see it was made in Indonesia with Chinese fibers. I would like wigs that are American made be described as such. The wig is great but I might restyle it to tame the beast!

The wig is fine but the shipping is consistently taking too long, specifically the time from placing the order to the actual shipping. It is longer than any other company I order from for any kind of product, not just wigs. It is making me reconsider where I’m going to purchase in the future since these wigs are available at or near the same price from multiple vendors.

Your advertising is great and as far as I can tell the product is as well....the delivery tracking is helpful as well... I did however get a rash on my face when I tried on my new wig... maybe complicated by chemo...maybe just need to prewash... and this is where it would have been good to have the right products to pre wash my synthetic wig.. so it would have been really great to get a starter sample of shampoo and conditioner for synthetic wig... as such I had to order it and am now still waiting for it and have not had a chance to enjoy my new wig.... please provide sample size shampoo/conditioner so people an prewash their wigs right away... really hope it solves my rash problem...

Thank you for the follow-up. I love the color & style but not used to the high hair density. I plan on taking it to a stylist to thin it out & make it more wearable. Service to date has been efficient & I’m very happy with Chiquel.

Great turnaround time considering I ordered right before Christmas. A little pricier than I wanted for my first wig, even though I got 40% off. The wig, Julianne lite is great. The color is as expected and the fit is great. I’ve ordered two more already.
