Ordering is easy without joining some “club”. Delivery took a little longer than I expected but that’s because I was anxious to hurry and wear the wig. 😄

Communicates very well in emails and has FAQs that helps with any firat time users. I would recommend products being listed in the color name better. Have reviews be able to be posted with their pictures to reference color and style.

My wig was scheduled to be delivered on a certain day and when it didn't arrive and my post office added a note to the tracking number that there was no such address & the wig would be returned I phoned Chiquel the next morning. Come to find out it was the postal service! I guess they just didn't feel like delivering it that day. But the ladies at Chiquel got right on it for me and called me back to tell me my wig would be delivered today! And if it didn't show up to call them back. Thankfully it arrived. The customer care people were very nice, followed up seemed to care and were easy to get a hold of. Sadly the wig did not work out for me and I had to send it back for store credit.

Fantastic customer service! Love this site and the lives provided in order to help determine if a wig will work for me. It's so much easier to see how a wig works on someone else than just relying on the stock photos.

I ordered the wrong color by mistake, then sent an "urgent" email to the support team asking them to change the color. I received an email confirming the change and was very happy, not to mention how polite the email was. Thank you for such attentive and prompt customer service!!

The wig is great. It fits well and can be styled easily. I like the slight flip on the ends. It adds a cute dressy note. The color is a little lighter than I expected. Ordering was easy and service was great. I was updated about shipping and delivery.
