It looks great with a beanie cap and is great for a quick out the door. BUT for me the elastic band around the upper back is too big and no way to tighten it.

Love the look! The hair is a little rough in the back, wash and condition then air dry with premium synthetic products strictly for the hair, but it tangles and feels rough after a few hours. I do not like that. Worried will become worse over time.

This is about my 10th wig with Chiquel. I have had wonderful experiences with every purchase through Chiquel. I highly recommend Chiquel. The only frustration I had was with the delivery. Wig not being where it was suppose to be.

Only 4 stars because delivery took so long. In all fairness, it was on back order, but when waiting for Hair Mail, it always takes too long! The wig is beautiful but I haven't had long hair in 50 years so I have a bit of a learning curve here.

This is my second Simone wig. The first one I ordered was absolutely perfect, from the look and color to the fit. However the second one was a little disappointing. When I took it out of the box it looked like the fibers were oily and the wig had a flat (no body) appearance. The color was ok and I washed the wig to try to get the oiliness out of it. Washing took care of that but the wig is just flat looking, meaning it has no body to it. I know that no 2 wigs are the same but this one looks or acts nothing like the first one I got.

I would have given a 5 star but when I ordered my wig they never said the color was preorder until a week later. It ended up taking 6 months to receive her. I ordered her on 8/8/25 and received her 1/29/26. She is beautiful and looks Great. I saw her with Amanda (Love Her) and that's why I chose that wig and the color. Thank You

Returned wig as not suitable for me, I didn't like the colour or style. There was nothing wrong with the wig, and after discussing my concerns with customer services, they were very helpful and agreed a full refund.

Customer service was excellent in responding to any questions I had. The only negative thing I'd say is that the wig fit much smaller and tighter than other ones I have in the same size (average). I made the mistake of playing with it to try and get it to work so I couldn't send it back
