Great color match of Silver Mist with my own hair. Wig is a little too full for me but I expected that. It matches the pictures of it really well. Overall happy with the quality for the money I spent. Shipping is pretty quick as well. Email verification of order and notice of shipping with tracking.

Chiquel is a wonderful company. I am a huge fan of Chiquel YouTube videos. I love all the weekly deals with Amanda Live at Chiquel.com.

Customer Service contacted me immediately regarding my order that was on back-order, initially I thought I would wait but then changed my mind, customer service was compassionalty understanding and helped me change my order and guided me to consider a virtual consult, which I did. I felt very confident in my order which arrived exactly when they said it would. I appreciate Chiquel's flexiblity, understanding, and willingness to work with me through this journey.

The Dark Chocolate color is a beautiful dark brown. I love it, but just know it is very dark. Beautiful curls and a great length. It was an easy process buying it online. It didn't take too long. I had a question before I received it and customer service answered me quickly and answered my question.

Product is always as described and shipped on time. I’ve bought a number of wigs from them and have never had to return. They have a very informative website and I couldn’t be more pleased with this company.

I actually paid for 2 day shipping before Christmas, and it arrived on time and at my door as promised. I love Chiquel’s sales, they have the lowest prices Ive ever found. They also give gifts for each purchase. I’ve purchased many items and never had to return or replace an item d/t poor quality. Thanks Chiquel!
