Considering the cost of some of your products and the amount of online scams it would be reassuring to get an update sooner regarding status. I read reviews that you can buy item and it’s not in stock. A quick email saying your product is in stock and will be shipped within so many days would be nice. It was a week before I heard anything and not only worried it if would arrive in time for my holiday but if it would arrive at all. All ended up well and happy with item but week of stress could be avoided with better communication.

While the silicone grib seems to help in keeping my wig from riding and staying in place it does pull on my biohair and makes it difficult when trying to remove.

I ordered a wig grip. It broke on the second wearing. It was replaced free of charge without me even asking!

Great products. I have ordered on multiple occasions and the products are top quality. There was an item missing from this order and it would have been good to know that was because it was out of stock. Item was refunded immediately, but it would have been better to advise that it wasn't just missing. All good.

The wig is beautiful and nicely made. My only problem is the color selection. The two wigs I have received are much darker than the color switches appear to be. I'll remember that the next time.
