I stopped at the Chinesse Laundry store in Century City. The girls working there were Aaaaaahmazing!!! I have never experienced such a friendly, nice, honest customer service ever. They were super cool. I ended up buying 3 pairs of shoes. They weren't super aggresive they just were helpful and fun. I love Chinesse Laundry shoes! So trendy, comfortable and very affordable.

I loved the shoes i got from them. I actually got the same pair twice since my dog ate the first pair. Easy transaction and fast shipping!

Unfortunately, I had to return a pair of shoes, but the service was OUTSTANDING. The return shipping was soooo easy, and very clear directions. I heard back immediately after shipping it, and received the payment back on my card in an extremely timely fashion. Very nice to have such great customer service! :)

package was delivered at my door step in a apartment complex with no required signature. package was then missing, contacted the post office and was unsuccessful with getting my package back. I then contacted Chinese Laundry and they promised to resent another pair of shoes and were never delivered. I had to re contact the company and ask why it was not delivered, they were unsure why. at that point just wanted my money back but instead they sent over another package.. the whole process was over a month and a half, perhaps a little more.

Please design more shoes with the Tippy Top heel and platform. It would be awesome to see more styles and textures! Great job!

I love the styles at Chinese Laundry. Usually buy heels this time I purchased flats. I wear a 7.5 - 8 shoe. Ordered an 8 and they were too small. Reordered in a 9 and they fit well. By the way I gave a friend the original pair and she loves them too.

I love the shoes I bought for my daughter. The staff were extremely helpful and I received my shoes shortly after ordering them. My only complaint would be is that I wish all shoes came in a size 5. My daughter is tiny and isn't growing anymore. She wears a 5. If I could get 5's in all Chinese laundry shoes, I would buy a lot more .
