Chinese LaundryReviews of chineselaundry.com

I am so upset you closed the store in the Fox Hills Mall.

I shop online 95% of the time. Every retailer I deal with pays for return shipping. No hassles. The shoes I ordered were too small and I read the reviews prior to ordering- Nothing was noted about ordering a half size or so up. I wasn't pleased about having to pay return shipping, so I emailed customer service to just see if they would be so kind to make an exception. Nope. I returned them promptly and will have no problem buying shoes elsewhere. My suggestion is too get on board with all the others in the online world and take care of shipping both ways. The shoes are expensive too, adding additional return shipping just sticks the knife in alittle further as if your not already upset that the size you normally order doesn't fit for some reason.

Comfortable for a long period of time due to the platform style. However, the strappy part by your the end of your toes being to run and hurt after a while. I love these shoes and they go well with anything. Snug fit, so know your size

this was my first experience with Chinese Laundry, and I was very satisfied..their customer service is excellent, I received my merchandise in a timely fashion and I am extremely happy with the product...I definitely see myself in the future buying from Chinese Laundry again....

I had these boots before but after wearing them nearly every day for 3 years. I needed a new pair. They go with everything and are super comfortable. My absolute favorite boot!

I'm very happy with the item.

Chinese Laundry has a really good selection of cute shoes. They offer good quality shoes for the price and the online ordering and delivery is quick and convenient. One of my favorite shoe sites.

Good shoes!! I wear those shoes for my job
