These shoes are adorable!!! I love them but they are too high to appreciate. I would love to have these shoes but they are too high to enjoy. Suggestion to Chinese Laundry..please recreate this same shoe with a 4 inch heel and they will fly off the shelf. They're not practical..I returned them because they would sit in my closet and look pretty

I was in Las Vegas at a conference packed light with small bags saw these shoes at the Chinese Laundry I had to have them but had no room in my bag to pack them. I purchased them they shipped them at NO COST and they arrived on my doorstep the day after I returned home!!! I loved the shoes SOOO much I ordered them in a different color and again very satisfied with the prompt service!!!!! I wore them to a concert and all eyes were in my shoes😍

The shoes are super uncomfortable couldn't even walk across the room and then on top of paying shipping to get the shoes I had to pay $14 just to return them so learn a lesson from me and don't order anything from the actual Chinese laundry website!!!!

I am wanting to express how disappointed I am in a recent purchase. I had bought a pair of sandals, the sudoku twill wrapped sandals and had them for 5+ years. After they broke, I knew I wanted another pair because the quality was fantastic. I wanted another pair of sandals I could wear religiously that would hold up. However, this pair of sandals, the same style and color, that I just bought are a joke. I couldn't have been wearing them for more than 12 hours and the brown "leather" on the sole starting peeling off and now the sole looks leopard. This is ridiculous. I don't know how the same exact shoe bought 5 years apart could be so different in terms of quality. Different manufacture? Sitting in warehouse? Cheaper materials? All I know is my 5+ year old sandals looked better than these but the toe strap broke so I couldn't wear them anymore.

Got the shoes very quick with standard shipping.

I bought a pair of KC heels for the first (and likely last) time. The shoes showed up with stains on the suede and are cheaply made. I didn't expect much in the quality dept since the price point is so low, but the stains were disappointing.

Shoes came quite quickly. I even got a good deal with the 15% off they were offering at the time. Shoes were also just as pictured.

I am very disappointed in the amount of time that it took for this order to ship. Two weeks, and the person I ordered the shoes for was here for most of that time and is now home. Now I have to ship it to her and still waiting for a free shipping sticker so as not to have to pay for that. The amount of routing and rerouting by Fedex between pickup (two days after notification) and delivery (seven full business days) was excessive.
